Found

After three weeks in the black hole, our originals documents showed up at USCIS.  Now, we wait for the i171h.  When I think about the "lost time,"  I get so frustrated.  I have to think that the wait is productive in some fashion.  Is it to prepare our hearts?  Is the wait to give a mother some time with the child who will become ours?

It is to stretch us and make us depend on Him on a daily, moment by moment. You will definitely get your child at His perfect timing!! It doesn't make it easier though, I know. Hang in there.

Yaay! So happy that they found your documents!
You may never know why you had to wait. Then again, when you see your child/ren and hear their story, it may all make sense!
God is good!

I had to tell you that I finally got around to making the banana bread recipe you posted. I was delicious!
My oldest daughter said "Mom, you know I don't like when you change things up on me!" Well, she loved it! (o:

I really beleive it is because the kid(s) that are meant to be with you aren't ready yet. My worst part of the wait was feeling bad for myself, and then feeling so GUILTY about being so impatient waiting for what is an indescribably sad event in another family's life. I'm really looking forward to the day when you are not waiting anymore.
